Submitting a request does not open an account, execute a transaction or guarantee customer acceptance or the availability of any product, country, currency or rail.

Activation may require identity or business verification, acceptance of additional terms and review of jurisdiction, activity, source of funds, counterparties and intended use.

Financial and digital-asset services may be provided by independent providers. Their terms and the role of each entity will be disclosed before activation.

Singularity or the relevant provider may reject, limit or review an application or transaction for legal, regulatory, operational, technical, security or compliance reasons.

Published pricing describes Singularity’s commercial fee. The minimum fee and bank, network, gas, FX or third-party costs apply as shown before a transaction is confirmed.

Exchange rates and external costs may change until execution. An estimate is not a locked price unless expressly stated otherwise.

Availability depends on residence, operating address, profile, product, currency, rail, destination and KYC/KYB approval. A jurisdiction accepted for review does not guarantee every product.

Lists may change for regulatory reasons or because providers change. The current version is the one published on the coverage page when an application is started.

You must use the site lawfully, provide accurate information and refrain from impersonation, circumventing controls, introducing malicious code, unauthorised access or using the service for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or other unlawful activities.

Do not submit passwords, private keys, recovery phrases or information that is unnecessary for handling the enquiry.

Texts, designs, trademarks, logos, interfaces and other content belong to Singularity or are used with the relevant authorisation. Merely accessing the site does not grant a commercial licence.
